Steel Side Step For Land Cruiser LC76(MY07-MY26)
How does the Power Board work?
Power Boards are installed similarly to regular side steps, only they operate via a smart electric trigger system. When the door is opened, the Power Board lowers from under the vehicle and offers an easy step up. When the door is closed, the Power Board automatically raises back up under the vehicle, so it's tucked away when not in use. When you open the door to get out, the step lowers. Not only convenient, but you'll also add a touch of class to your vehicle.
This is a plug-and-play system. All fittings and electrics are included for easy installation.
- Built to OEM specifications
- 304 Stainless components
- Polyformaledehyde components are used to reduce operating noise
- High-quality large motor. Subject to rigorous testing, up to 50,000 motions
- Motor waterproof rating IP67
- The position of the motor is above the chassis, offering vital protection especially for off-road driving
- 1 mounting brackets and 1 large motor per side positioned centrally, for perfectly aligned operation - all the time*.
- OBD controlled - plug & play
- Air-bag compliant
* The Power Boards are operated by a large (52mm diameter) motor positioned in the middle of the step. It's almost twice the size of competitors' steps which use two motors (one on each side). The problem with two motors is getting the speed of both motors to sync all the time. It's almost impossible and especially after some wear, the speeds of the motors will change. Even slightly makes a difference. Whereas the Power Boards have 1 big motor balanced by 3 brackets producing a perfectly aligned motion every time. Perfect motion and alignment.
