When shipping denotes a $0 value, team will email you a freight quote, it does NOT mean freight is $0. You will receive a freight estimate shortly which you can choose to accept (complete the purchase), or deny, (abandon purchase). Shipping will be calculated at checkout using the best available freight based on your location. Some large items and or oversized items can be purchased and our team member will email you within 24 hours with a seperate freight invoice.
1. Eligibility for Returns:
a. We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date.
b. The item must be in its original condition, uninstalled, unused, and in its original packaging.
c. All documentation, manuals, and accessories must be returned with the product.
d. Custom-made or special order items are generally not eligible for return.
2. Return Process:
a. Contact our customer service team to initiate a return request.
b. You will receive instructions for packaging and shipping the item back to us.
c. Please ensure the item is adequately protected to prevent damage during transit.
d. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of an error on our part.
3. Inspection and Refund:
a. Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it for compliance with the return policy.
b. If the item meets our criteria, we will process the refund to your original payment method.
c. Refunds will exclude original shipping costs and may be subject to a restocking fee if applicable.
4. Warranty and Defective Items:
a. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team immediately.
b. We will work to resolve the issue, either by providing a replacement or a refund, based on the circumstances.
5. Exceptions:

Under ACCC we are not obliged to refund items that are being returned due to a “change of mind”. Please ensure you carefully select the correct product, and advise of any notes necessary when ordering. At our discretion we can however apply a restocking fee of 15% + return freight to individual cases. This only applies to unopened items within 10 business days of order.
