Orders & shipping
Where do you ship from? All orders ship from our Melbourne warehouse, Australia-wide. Delivery timeframes vary by destination — we'll confirm against your postcode at checkout.
Do you ship internationally? No — we ship within Australia only.
Can I pick up my order? Yes. Local pickup is available from our Notting Hill showroom by appointment.
What if something is out of stock? Restock shipments arrive by sea on roughly a 6-week cycle. We'll let you know as soon as stock lands.
Installation
Do you offer installation? Yes — professional installation is available at our Melbourne workshop.
Does the canopy require drilling? No. The canopy clamps and bolts to your tub rails — no drilling. Typical install is around 5 hours.
Does the manual roller cover require drilling? It needs drain-point drilling only, and takes roughly 2-3 hours to install. It's not a no-drill product.
Who installs the wiring for an electric roller cover? All electrical wiring must be carried out by a licensed electrician.
Are instructions included? Yes — mounting hardware and installation instructions come with every kit.
Warranty
What warranty do you offer? Every product carries a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects, including roller covers (on electric units that covers the motor). If we install it, labour is covered too.
How do I make a claim? Send your order number and photos of the issue — proof of purchase is required.
Vehicle fitment
Which vehicles do you cover? Ford Ranger, Toyota Hilux (MY16-MY26), Nissan Navara NP300, GWM Cannon and Cannon Alpha, Mitsubishi Triton, Jeep Gladiator JT, VW Amarok, BYD Shark 6, Ram 1500 and Land Cruiser LC76 accessories.
Can you confirm my vehicle fits? Yes — send your make, model and year, or your rego/VIN, and we'll confirm it.
Will it fit with a factory tub liner? Usually the liner can stay, but a small trim of the top rail is sometimes needed. Send us a photo of the liner and we'll confirm before you buy.
Can I fit a roof platform over a roller cover? No — the roller cover occupies the tub opening and doesn't provide rack mounting points. For a platform over the tub, the right route is canopy + platform.
Products
How is the electric roller cover controlled? The smartphone app is the main control, with a remote included as a backup. It also works with your vehicle's original key remote through central locking.
Are the electric roller covers waterproof? They're IP56 rated — dust-protected and resistant to powerful water jets — with anti-cut reinforced aluminium slats, a 100kg dynamic load rating, anti-pinch detection and integrated LED tub lighting.
Is the canopy waterproof? It's weather-sealed and dust-resistant, using multi-point rubber sealing along the seams and joins. We don't claim an IP rating on canopies.
What's the canopy roof rating? The integrated roof tracks are rated to 100kg dynamic load, evenly distributed.
What do you sell? Manual and electric roller covers, aluminium canopies, roof platforms, roof cross bars, hard lids, window visors, bonnet protectors, tub racks and Jeep Wrangler / Gladiator accessories.
